Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
After you have placed your order on-line, you may make changes to your order or cancel all or part of your order at any time by contacting one of our Personal Shoppers during our normal business hours (see below). We're sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations or changes on personalized items or special ordered items once you have placed your order.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your order. If you ordered a personalized item or any item valued over $250.00 your credit card will be pre-charged.

Joey Eric is located at 4462 Glengarry Dr., Beavercreek, Ohio 45440. Our boutique hours are Mon-Thur 10-9 and Fri-Sat 10-10, and on Sundays 12-6. Do the PROMO CODES apply to all merchandise on the website?
Promo (promotion) Codes apply to all merchandise except for SALE items, fine-jewelry with a value of $200.00 or more, and all personalized items. Additional special items may be excluded from time to time. In this case, we will note the exclusion in the original Promo Code advertisement or on the particular item's page on the website.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
When will my oder ship?
All in stock items will ship within 24/48 hours from date of purchase.
What if an item I order is back-ordered or unavailable?
JOEY ERIC can't always guarantee availability of all products. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will notify you of the situation via email. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available. Does JOEY ERIC ship to my location? JOEY ERIC ships to all 50 US States via UPS. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
JOEY ERIC is pleased to offer a flat rate of $9.95 for all US UPS ground shipments. We apologize for any inconvenience we do not ship on weekends or UPS holidays. We ship UPS and USPS in the US insured.
International Orders All International orders may be held up for a few days before shipping for credit card verification. We ask all International customers to fax or e-mail a copy of the credit card used to verify validity. You can e-mail customerservice@joeyeric.com or fax 1-937-429-1543. You may mark out the credit card number before you send it but please leave the last 4 digits for verification. Shipping for International orders are shipped USPS insured and are calculated based on weight and destination of order. Your country may charge import tax and you are responsible for any additional charges at the time of receipt.
Will my order come all at once or in multiple shipments?
Based on product availability, we may split your order into multiple shipments to make sure you get the latest Must-Haves at your door as quickly as possible. You are not charged any additional shipping fees if your order is sent to you in multiple shipments. If items are sent separately, the shipping cost for your entire order will be allocated over all shipments but not necessarily evenly. This only applies to items ordered together that are assigned the same order number. If you have more than one order open with us, each order is subject to its own shipping costs as quoted on the order confirmation that is emailed to you. We're sorry, but we cannot combine orders after you have submitted the order on our website.
What is your Return/Exchange policy?
JoeyEric.com will accept returns and exchanges on all full priced merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days from date of for full refund, less shipping cost on items that are in their original condition. Items must not have been worn, altered, washed, free of pet hair, perfume smell, and smoke smell. Footwear must be in original box and/or with tags attached. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on: sale items, handbags, hair accessories, hats, jewelry, lingerie, scarves, watches, and custom or personalized orders. Returns and exchanges on all full priced merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days from date of for full refund, less shipping cost.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Returning Your Item We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. This can take up to 30 days. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction and credit your account. Please allow 30 days for us to credit your card.
How to return your item
- Pack your merchandise in appropriate packaging.
- Complete the Return and Exchange Policy form included in your shipment. Please write your order number on the form, along with the reason for the return.
- Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. We are not responsible for missing or lost merchandise that is shipped to us.
- Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
Exchanging Your Item
- Please e-mail customerservice@joeyeric.com to arrange for an exchange. We will process your return and place an exchange order on hold in your name.
- Pack your merchandise in appropriate packaging. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or missing items.
- Complete the Return and Exchange Policy form included in your shipment. Please write your order number on the form, along with the reason for the return.
- Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
- Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
- Once your package is received, we will apply the credit from your return to your new order and ship it to you. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
