Returns and Exchanges
We want you to feel great about your purchase and your satisfaction is important to us. All regular priced items purchased are for EXCHANGE only within 10 days of receipt of merchandise and must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Items cannot be returned if they are worn, washed or altered. We are sorry, but we do not refund any shipping or handling charges. All sale items and special orders are FINAL SALE. Any item being returned for exchange or store credit must be accompanied with a RA number (return authorization). To receive an RA number please email us at customerservice@joeyeric.com. Merchandise returned without RA number will not be accepted.
